A tipper that loads dhoka stone, a truck that leaves for Delhi along the AB Road, a cab that waits outside the fort gate: all of them depend on one tank of diesel, and in Gwalior that tank is usually out of the owner's sight for most of the day. A fuel level sensor changes this. Inside the tank a probe measures the diesel, the tracker pairs that figure with the vehicle's location, and both land in Trakzee Premium on your phone or desktop.

The whole thing is sold as a single bundle for ₹19,999 a vehicle: the Teltonika FMB920 tracker, your pick among Omnicomm, Mercetech and Mielta Fantom, the fitting, the software, an Airtel SIM, and twelve months of warranty and AMC. We are based in Bhopal; for Gwalior, an executive comes to your yard. Send the vehicle and tank details to 97526 44035, by call or WhatsApp, and a model and price will come back to you.

When the line dips on the Agra road: what to do next

Picture a truck that left Gwalior at six in the morning for Agra, 121 km away on the AB Road. At ten, your phone shows the tank level falling in a way that does not match the distance. That is a drop alert, and the first thing to know is what it is not: it is not proof that diesel was taken. It simply tells you that the level changed faster than normal use explains, and it hands you the time and place.

Open the location attached to the entry. A dip while the truck is rolling on the highway is likely to be consumption, perhaps a steep stretch or a loaded climb. A dip while it stands at a roadside stop with the ignition off is another matter. Next read the shape on the graph: a gentle slope, a short wobble from sloshing, or a clean vertical step. Only the last one calls for a firm question.

Then check the refill list. Perhaps the driver filled at a pump near Dabra the evening before, and the sensor has simply settled to its normal reading after a bumpy stretch. Perhaps no refill is logged at all. Ring the driver with facts in hand (when, where and how many litres) and write down what he says. A short, factual call settles more than a long accusation, and the record stays on file for the next time.

Be clear with your own expectations. BearTech's system detects, records and alerts, and it does not stop diesel leaving the tank; nor does BearTech accept liability for fuel loss. Think of the alert as a smoke detector, not a fire door. It makes you early, but the action, whether a talk, a change of driver or a visit to the yard, remains yours. Decide in advance who acts when an alert arrives, so that it does not wait for the owner to return to the office.

Four Gwalior vehicles, year by year, in plain arithmetic

One vehicle first. The package is ₹19,999, and the same figure applies to Omnicomm, Mercetech and Mielta Fantom. From the second year, the platform and SIM renewal is ₹3,000 a year. After year one you have paid ₹19,999. After year two the cumulative figure is ₹22,999, and after year three it is ₹25,999. The visit to Gwalior carries travel and stay charges, which we quote before you commit. Keep that amount in mind when you compare the total with other quotes.

Now an illustrative fleet of four, not a customer story: two stone tippers, one truck for Delhi runs and one cab for tourist hires. Year one is 4 × ₹19,999 = ₹79,996. Renewal for all four is 4 × ₹3,000 = ₹12,000 a year, which makes the cumulative total ₹91,996 after year two and ₹103,996 after year three. These are package figures only, and the Gwalior visit charge is added to them.

One caution on the second tank. If a tipper carries an auxiliary tank, or you want a second sensor on a vehicle, the package covers one sensor only, and a second one is quoted on request. It is better to raise that at the enquiry stage. A call with the full list of vehicles also lets us say whether any of them is better served by a different arrangement before money is spent.

To judge whether the figure is sensible, take your own monthly diesel bill for one tipper and set the three-year total next to it. Then ask yourself how much of that bill is backed by records, litre by litre. If the answer is not much, the sensor is selling you visibility, not just hardware. Fleet pricing may vary with requirements, so ask for the latest figure on the phone, and bring the vehicle list when you call.

Tippers, trucks and cabs: which runs are fair to compare

What a fuel record can tell you depends on what you compare it with. A tipper that spends the day cycling between a quarry-side loading point and a processing unit has a very different diesel profile from a truck holding steady speed to Agra. Compare them and you learn nothing. Compare tipper with tipper, on a similar load and route, and the numbers begin to talk. Treat the first month as a settling-in period while you learn what normal looks like for each vehicle.

For stone and murum tippers, the useful pairing is diesel used with the number of trips and the waiting time at the loading point. If two tippers carry comparable material over the same short route but one burns noticeably more diesel across a week, you have a reason to look at idling, driving style or the vehicle's condition. Most of the time the stoppage report will show where the extra diesel went.

For highway trucks, line up runs that cover the same stretch, for example Gwalior to Agra or towards Jhansi in the south. Read litres used against kilometres for each run and see how consistent the vehicle is. A loaded and an empty return leg will differ, so do not mix them; compare outbound with outbound. A sudden change on an otherwise steady route is worth a conversation. Keep a note of the load for each run, because the report cannot see what was on the back.

Cabs on tourist circuits to the fort, the palace, Datia or Orchha are fairly judged hire by hire. For every hire jot down kilometres run, hours spent standing at sites, and opening and closing tank levels. Over a month you will see which cabs are efficient, and which hires were quoted too low once diesel is counted. Judge Trade Fair weeks and Tansen Samaroh weeks against each other, not against a quiet month.

Heat, dust and tank types: picking a sensor for Gwalior

Summers here run to 45 and 47 degrees, and a tank sitting in that heat in a parked yard is a rough environment for any fitting. The Omnicomm LLS-AF 4 is the wired option, with an IP69K sealed body and an operating range of -40 to +80 °C, so it is comfortable at both ends of Gwalior's year. It is fed from the vehicle's supply and talks to the tracker over a cable, which suits a tipper you plan to keep for years.

Mercetech Bluetooth takes the cable out of the picture. For a cab or an office vehicle that cannot be off the road long, a wireless link means the executive can finish the job without running wires from tank to tracker. BearTech still fits the probe in the tank and calibrates it. A wireless sensor's own cell is a wearing part excluded from warranty, so budget for a replacement eventually and ask us what it costs.

Mielta Fantom is the second wireless choice: Bluetooth 5.0, a long-life battery inside, IP67 sealing, and temperature and tilt sensing that come with the unit. Its steel flange is fixed with four bolts and suits metal or plastic tanks, which can matter on mixed fleets that include older and newer vehicles. You or the executive configure it from the Mielta phone app, after which it is calibrated to the tank. A tank with an unusual shape or fitting should be described to us beforehand, so the probe length is chosen correctly.

Price will not decide this, because all three cost ₹19,999 per vehicle. The tank and the vehicle decide it. Once we have seen your tank we decide the model and the probe length, and a similar unit may be substituted when your first pick is out of stock. Many Gwalior fleets will end up with a mix, wired on the heavy tippers and wireless on the cabs. Share what the vehicle is and how big the tank is, and we can begin.

Reading a refill entry against the pump slip

Each time diesel goes into a vehicle fitted with the sensor, Trakzee Premium records when it happened and how far the level rose. The pump slip tells you how many litres were sold. The platform tells you how many seem to have arrived. Where the two agree, you can relax; where they differ by a wide margin, you have a specific date and a specific place to ask about. The tank entry is a second witness beside the slip.

Gwalior owners often fill vehicles at a pump on the way out, or at a depot near the yard before a long leg. The refill entry carries the location, so you can see if a Delhi-bound truck really filled where its driver says. That matters on a 321 km run, where the choice of pump can shape the whole trip and a missed refill can strand a loaded vehicle. The same applies to a depot refill before a long leg.

With readings accurate to roughly 95% in ordinary conditions, a small difference is no cause for alarm. A tank still settling after a fill, or a vehicle standing on a gentle slope while filling, can shift the reading a little. Decide with your accounts person what gap counts as normal, and flag only entries that fall outside it. One strange entry is a prompt; three on the same vehicle is a pattern.

Keep the slips, because the tank record cannot replace them. The sensor reading is for monitoring only and is not a measure for billing or excise. Used this way, as a cross-check beside the paperwork, it tends to make everyone, including drivers, more careful with how and where they refill. Honest drivers lose nothing from the record, and often welcome it when a pump short-changes them. A note of the pump's name beside each slip makes the weekly check much faster.

Five details to send before you message us

A quote goes quickly when we have the right facts. Send the vehicle type, such as tipper, truck, bus or cab; the registration number; the number of vehicles; the approximate tank size in litres if you know it; and confirmation that the vehicle runs on diesel. A photo of the tank filler area helps but is not required. Send it all to 97526 44035 by WhatsApp or read it out on a call.

Add the place where the vehicles will stand for fitting, whether a yard in Gwalior city, an industrial estate or a site on the highway side. We work from Bhopal, so an executive has to come to you, and the client bears his travel and stay. Tell us if several vehicles can be brought to one place, so the visit makes sense in cost and time. A vehicle that is far from the others can be fitted on a later visit when it returns.

Our reply names the sensor we recommend, the probe length we expect, where the fitting will happen and the final price with the Gwalior visit charge. Nothing is fixed until you agree. The exact model is confirmed after the tank check, and an equivalent model may be supplied if your first choice is unavailable. The equipment arrives roughly two working days later, if it is in stock. Ask any question about the quote at this stage, including what the visit charge covers.

When the visit happens, the executive inspects the vehicle, fits and calibrates the sensor, links the tracker and shows you the live level and alerts. The full payment is made once the unit is fitted, though customers outside Bhopal can ask about COD with a small token sum. Remember that nothing fitted can be sent back for a refund or swapped for another model, which is why this checklist is worth five minutes. Keep the registration numbers and tank sizes in one message so we can answer in a single reply.

What each person in a Gwalior transport office opens first

The owner opens the comparison. Which vehicles used the most diesel in the period, which ran the most kilometres, and which pairs differ from one another? In Trakzee Premium these come from its fuel and trip sections. A few minutes once a week shows whether the stone tippers are behaving alike and whether the Delhi truck's consumption has changed from its usual pattern. If one tipper stands out, open its playback before drawing any conclusion.

The dispatcher opens the live map. Each vehicle carries its tank level next to its position, so a driver who calls for money for diesel can be checked while still on the phone. A vehicle about to leave the yard on a near-empty tank can be sent to the pump first, and the map doubles as the day's roster once you know where each vehicle should be standing. Fuel-drop alerts arrive for the people you nominate.

The accounts clerk opens the refill list. Every entry carries when the fill happened and how far the level climbed, so it can sit next to your fuel-purchase paperwork. Patterns, not single entries, deserve attention. If one vehicle shows a gap against slips week after week, that is a conversation for the owner. The clerk need not see live alerts; a sub-user login can be limited to reports. A tolerance for small gaps, agreed in advance, keeps the weekly check short and calm.

Give each role its own login so the right person sees the right screen, and limit the logins to those who need them. Review the list when someone changes job. In a family-run Gwalior business, it is common for one person to wear all three hats; even then, choose a fixed day for each task, such as comparison on Monday and slip matching on Friday, to keep the habit alive. Separate logins also show who looked at what, which keeps the system tidy as the business grows.

Stone, transformers and the long road north: why diesel is the line item to watch

Gwalior's freight is heavy and diesel-hungry. Roughly two hundred units process sandstone here, and loads of dhoka stone, murum or flagstone all leave by tipper or truck. A tipper cycles through loading points and may wait in a queue with the engine running. Without a fuel record, that waiting simply disappears into a monthly bill that looks high. The same pattern holds for the garment and paper units, which also ship by road.

Goods made here travel far. Goods from the transformer makers and from Stone Park and Garment Park head out on the AB Road, Agra being 121 km away and Delhi 321 km. On those legs, diesel is bought on the road, at pumps the owner has never visited, so a sensor that records where and how much went in gives structure to a spend that is otherwise taken on trust.

Industrial belts around the city add shorter, repeated runs. Shorter hops serve the estates around the city: Malanpur and Ghirongi on one side, Banmore on the North-South Corridor, and industrial pockets such as Birla Nagar, Baraghata and Chirwai. Vehicles on these hops burn diesel in small steady amounts, which is exactly where a weekly comparison between similar vehicles shows differences nobody had noticed. Every one of those trips ends with a diesel purchase that someone has to account for.

Passenger and hire work completes the picture. Cabs run to the fort, the palace, the airport, Datia and Orchha, and event weeks such as the Trade Fair and the Tansen Samaroh bring extra vehicles, some of them hired in for a short period. Whatever the load, a diesel vehicle's tank is the thing that connects all this activity to the owner's bank balance, and the sensor lets you read it.

A visit from Bhopal to your yard: what calibration day looks like

Because BearTech is based in Bhopal, a Gwalior customer is served by an executive who travels to the vehicle. The package price covers the fitting itself, but the cost of the executive's journey and lodging for a Gwalior visit is the client's, and the quote states that amount. The equipment reaches you in about two working days if stock allows, and the visit is then fixed for a date and place that suit you.

The work begins with a look at the vehicle and tank. The executive notes the tank type, the fuel and the depth the probe must reach. An opening is cut in the upper face of the tank, the probe is trimmed to length, and the sensor is bolted down and sealed. After that the tracker goes onto the vehicle's wiring and pairs with the sensor, over a cable for Omnicomm or a Bluetooth link for the other two.

Calibration follows. Known amounts of diesel are matched against the sensor's readings, so the platform can convert signal to litres for that tank. It goes better when the tank is accessible and clean, and when the vehicle stays at the site until the work is complete. A tipper with a dented or modified tank should be flagged when you book, since it may change how the probe is positioned and calibrated.

Last, the vehicle is registered on Trakzee Premium, you get access on mobile and on a desktop, and the executive walks you through the live level and alerts. Payment is due when the work is done, or you can ask about the token-amount COD route. Later service visits are chargeable, and outside Bhopal the same travel charge applies, so it is worth fitting several vehicles in one trip, and keeping them together at one place on that day.

From dipstick to dashboard: a reading's route in a tipper or cab

Most owners know the old method: climb up, open the cap and look, or trust the gauge on the dashboard. A fuel level sensor replaces the climb. The sensor is a capacitive probe standing inside the tank, trimmed to that tank's depth; its electrical output shifts steadily as diesel climbs or drops along the rod. The sensor does the same job continuously, day and night, without anyone climbing onto a vehicle.

The tracker is the messenger. A Teltonika FMB920 records the sensor value together with the GPS fix at the same moment, then passes both through the Airtel SIM to the platform. Its wide supply range, 6 to 30 V, covers a small cab on 12 V and a large tipper on 24 V. Wired sensors send their signal along a cable; Bluetooth ones send it wirelessly over a short link. The platform stamps every reading with a time, so the sequence of events can be rebuilt later.

Calibration is the translator. During fitting, BearTech matches the sensor's signal against actual litres in your tank, so what you read later is a quantity of diesel and not a bare number. Every tank is shaped differently, which is why a general table would not do, and why changing or repairing the tank afterwards requires the process to be repeated for the reading to stay meaningful. The table is stored on the platform, so it is the first thing to review if readings ever look odd.

On the screen you see a level graph per vehicle, with marks where refills happened and where the level dropped suddenly. The same login works on Android and iOS, and on a computer. A cab owner may glance at the phone between hires, while a transport manager prefers the large screen at the desk. Both views draw from the same record, updated through the network. Accuracy, as the limits section explains, depends on how well the tank and the installation behave.

Fuel sensor in Gwalior

Limits worth hearing before you order

The accuracy figure is close to 95%, and it holds for ordinary conditions with a correctly fitted and calibrated sensor. That is a good working level for monitoring, but it is not exact, and the words normal conditions and proper calibration carry real weight. A battered tank, dirty diesel, a sloping yard, heavy sloshing over rough ground, or sloppy handling of the tank during calibration can each pull the reading off.

Think of the readings as a monitoring aid. Do not present them as the official volume when selling, invoicing, dealing with excise or settling a disagreement. If a dispute arises with a driver, a hirer or a supplier, the record is a very strong starting point for your own discussion, but it is not a formal statement of quantity. Keep your slips and your own checks next to the screen. This is why we describe the system as a record to question, not as an answer in itself.

Entries reach you only if the Airtel signal, the vehicle battery and the platform all cooperate. Lonely highway stretches can produce gaps, and BearTech does not answer for late or missing data from such causes. Miss the ₹3,000 yearly renewal and the service may lapse, taking live tracking and fuel entries with it, so mark the date. The tracker's backup battery and the battery in a wireless sensor are consumable parts outside the warranty.

For twelve months the tracker and the sensor come with warranty and AMC cover. It does not cover tampering, accidents, fire, water damage or overvoltage, and recalibration after tank repairs is chargeable. Once fitted, nothing can be returned, refunded or exchanged. We list these limits because you are better off hearing them from us on the phone than finding them in the terms later. Ask us about any clause that is unclear before you pay, not after.

Fuel monitoring system for trucks, tractors, JCB and generators in Gwalior

Transport owners and contractors in Gwalior use the same package on different diesel vehicles. A fuel tracking system on a truck shows diesel per trip, on a tractor or a JCB it shows diesel per working hour, and on a generator or a bus it shows diesel against running time or route. A diesel level sensor in Gwalior is fitted by BearTech after the tank type and depth are checked.

If you compare a fuel sensor price in Gwalior, compare the whole package: tracker, sensor, software, SIM and fitting. Fuel sensor installation in Gwalior is done by a BearTech executive; travel and stay charges are paid by the client, and COD with a token amount is available.

Frequently asked questions

Fuel sensor in Gwalior: questions answered

What does a fuel monitoring system cost in Gwalior?

₹19,999 per vehicle is the price, and it does not change with your sensor: Omnicomm LLS-AF 4, Mercetech Bluetooth and Mielta Fantom all cost the same. Inside are the tracker, a single sensor, fitting, the software, an Airtel SIM and twelve months of warranty with AMC. Renewal is ₹3,000 a year from year two. The visit to Gwalior adds a travel and stay cost, which we quote beforehand.

Who comes to Gwalior to install it?

Our people work from Bhopal, so an executive comes to your Gwalior location. He fits the sensor, wires the tracker, calibrates the tank and shows you the live level on the screen. That journey and stay cost the client, a figure we give with the final quote. Our base is Bhopal.

Can I pay on delivery in Gwalior?

Gwalior is outside Bhopal, so COD with a small token sum can be requested. The rest is paid when the unit is fitted. We confirm the final price, the sensor model and the COD terms before you pay. Call or WhatsApp 97526 44035 to ask, and keep the registration numbers and tank sizes handy.

How long does delivery to Gwalior take?

The device normally arrives about two working days after you order, stock permitting. The installation visit is then fixed for a date and place that suit you. If you are fitting vehicles before a busy period such as the Trade Fair, tell us the dates when you enquire so we can plan the trip around them, and remember to confirm that the vehicles will be at the site.

Is this useful for stone and murum tippers?

Yes, if it is a diesel tank with room for the probe to go in from above. The record shows the level through each loading cycle, how long the tipper waited and where refills took place. Diesel can still leave the tank, but you get the moment and the location of any sharp fall. Comparing one tipper with another on a similar route is where it pays back.

Will it work on a truck going to Delhi or Agra?

Yes, for the diesel record: level, location and refills along the route are stored and reported. Because the Airtel network carries the data, a weak patch on the highway can delay entries. Compare outbound runs with outbound runs, since a loaded and an empty leg consume differently. For a refill on a 321 km run, the entry shows where the diesel went in.

Can it stop my driver siphoning diesel?

No. The system watches and warns. It has no lock and cannot stop siphoning, and BearTech is not responsible for lost fuel. What you receive is a warning on a sudden fall, a level graph, and refill entries stamped with date, time and place. That is the evidence you need to ask the right question quickly. If you want a physical lock, this is not the product, and we say so openly.

Which sensor is better for 45-degree summers?

Heat alone does not settle it, but the Omnicomm housing is IP69K and rated for -40 to +80 °C, while Mielta Fantom is IP67 and measures temperature itself. Mercetech is also available. All cost ₹19,999. The final model is chosen after we examine your vehicle and tank, so mention if it stands in open yards in summer.

How accurate is the diesel reading?

Roughly 95% is the figure, for ordinary conditions with proper fitting and calibration. A damaged tank, contaminated diesel, bad fuel, a slope or a shaking vehicle can change it. Treat the number as a monitoring tool and compare like with like. It is not a measure for billing, excise or settling a dispute, so keep pump slips as your paper record.

What if the network is weak on a long highway run?

Poor Airtel coverage can hold data back or leave a hole in the record. BearTech does not answer for interruptions from the network, platform or power. After a long run, set the levels at departure and arrival beside the pump entries you remember; if one stretch keeps losing data, tell us and we will check the vehicle and SIM.

Can I fit it on a cab used for fort and Orchha trips?

Yes, if the cab is a diesel vehicle whose tank takes the probe from above. A wireless sensor such as Mercetech or Mielta Fantom avoids a signal cable, which suits a vehicle that cannot stay off the road long. The record then shows level at departure, refills on the way and level on return for each hire, with locations.

What is the three-year bill for four vehicles?

Year one is 4 × ₹19,999 = ₹79,996, with renewal at 4 × ₹3,000 = ₹12,000 a year after that, so the cumulative total is ₹91,996 after year two and ₹103,996 after year three. The Gwalior visit charge for travel and stay is extra and confirmed beforehand. A larger fleet may be priced differently; ring 97526 44035 for the current rate.

Can I give my manager a login of his own?

Yes. Trakzee Premium supports sub-users, each with a separate login for the mobile app and the computer. A manager can follow live levels and alerts, and a clerk can be limited to reports. You decide who gets which access. It is wise to keep the group small and to remove a login when someone leaves the business, so alerts are not read by the wrong people.

What happens if my tank is repaired later?

Call us first if the tank is to be repaired. A repaired, dented or modified tank can change how the probe sits and how the readings behave, so recalibration or refitting may be needed, and it is chargeable. If anyone other than BearTech opens or moves the sensor, the resulting damage or wrong readings are outside the warranty. A quick call first saves money and trouble.

Can I get the sensor alone, without the tracker?

The package is built around the Teltonika FMB920 tracker, which reads the sensor and sends the data with the vehicle's position, so we sell the fuel sensor as part of that package at ₹19,999. If you already have a tracker of your own, call and we will say honestly what is possible.

Can I return or exchange it if I change my mind?

No. Once it is fitted, you cannot send it back for a refund or switch models at any stage. That is why we ask you to send the vehicle type, number, tank size and fuel type first, and why we confirm the model and probe length before you pay. Warranty and AMC for the first year cover the tracker and the sensor, but not the wear of a wireless battery.

What does fuel monitoring cost in Gwalior?
