Question 1

What exactly is BearTech's Employee & Field-Force Tracking Software?

Accepted Answer

It's an app-based system that lets you track your field staff's real-time location, set geofenced zones, mark attendance, and assign/manage tasks — all through the employee's own smartphone. There's no separate hardware device involved. It's built for businesses whose staff work outside a fixed office, like sales reps or technicians.

Question 2

BearTech ka field-force tracking software ka price kya hai?

Accepted Answer

Iska price ₹300 per employee per month hai, plus 18% GST. Ye subscription based hai, toh jitne employees enroll karoge utna hi total amount banega.

Question 3

Do I need to buy any hardware device for this tracking system?

Accepted Answer

No. This solution runs entirely through the employee's smartphone — no separate GPS device is needed. It's different from BearTech's vehicle GPS trackers (BT400–BT900 series), which are hardware units fitted into vehicles.

Question 4

Agar mere paas 10 field employees hain toh monthly kitna kharcha aayega?

Accepted Answer

₹300 per employee per month ke hisaab se, 10 employees ke liye ₹3,000/month banega GST se pehle. Final billing mein 18% GST alag se add hoga.

Question 5

What would 25 field staff cost on this subscription?

Accepted Answer

25 employees at ₹300 each works out to ₹7,500 per month, excluding GST. GST at 18% is added on the final invoice.

Question 6

Hamare paas around 50 log field mein kaam karte hain — monthly cost kitna hoga?

Accepted Answer

50 employees x ₹300/month karke ₹15,000/month banta hai, GST se pehle. Ye linearly scale karta hai, toh team badhne-ghatne par budget samajhna easy hai.

Question 7

Does the price come down for very large teams, like 100 employees?

Accepted Answer

The base rate is ₹300 per employee per month; at 100 employees that's ₹30,000/month before GST. Whether any volume discount applies for large headcounts isn't part of the confirmed pricing, so check directly with BearTech.

Question 8

Ye ek baar ka purchase hai ya recurring subscription?

Accepted Answer

Ye ek monthly subscription hai per employee ke hisaab se, one-time hardware purchase nahi. Jab tak kisi employee ke liye tracking chahiye, tab tak uska ₹300/month continue rehta hai.

Question 9

How is the subscription usually paid — advance or after usage?

Accepted Answer

Standard BearTech billing follows a prepaid subscription pattern, similar to their GPS subscription model, unless otherwise agreed. Confirm your specific billing cycle and invoicing details directly with BearTech.

Question 10

Real-time location tracking actually kaam kaise karta hai?

Accepted Answer

Employee ke phone mein app install hota hai jo unki live location share karta hai, jo aapke manager dashboard pe dikhti hai. Koi alag GPS chip ya device nahi hota — phone hi tracking unit ban jata hai.

Question 11

What does "geofencing" mean in this system?

Accepted Answer

Geofencing means drawing a virtual boundary around a location — like an office, client site, or delivery zone — so the system alerts you when a tracked employee enters or exits that zone. It's one of the core features of this tracking software.

Question 12

Kya geofencing se pata chalega staff kab office/site pe aaye ya gaye?

Accepted Answer

Haan — aap office ya client site ko geofenced zone bana sakte ho, aur employee jab enter/exit kare tab alert mil jayega. Ye geofencing ka ek practical use hai, attendance marking ke saath milake.

Question 13

Can I get an alert if a field employee goes somewhere they shouldn't?

Accepted Answer

Geofencing is built for exactly this — it alerts you when someone enters or exits a defined zone, so an unexpected exit from an assigned area would trigger a notification. The specific alert format isn't detailed in our records, so confirm that with BearTech.

Question 14

Kya ek hi employee ke liye multiple geofenced zones set kar sakte hain?

Accepted Answer

Geofencing is software ka core feature hai, lekin ek employee ke liye kitne zones set ho sakte hain, ye confirm nahi hai. Exact limit ke liye BearTech se pooch lena.

Question 15

How does attendance marking work for staff who don't come to a fixed office?

Accepted Answer

The app includes attendance marking as a core feature, so field staff who work outside a set office location can still be marked present through the app. This is useful for sales reps, technicians, and delivery staff who are rarely at a desk.

Question 16

Kya ye office ki biometric attendance machine ki jagah le sakta hai?

Accepted Answer

Ye ek alag app-based attendance system hai jo field staff ke liye hai, office ki biometric machine ka replacement hai ya nahi ye confirm nahi hai. Agar mixed team hai (office + field), toh BearTech se pooch lena dono kaise saath chalenge.

Question 17

Can I assign daily tasks to field staff through this app?

Accepted Answer

Yes, task management is one of the core features — you can assign tasks to field staff and manage them through the system. This is particularly useful for service technicians and sales reps with multiple stops in a day.

Question 18

Kya pata chal sakta hai assigned task actually complete hua ya nahi?

Accepted Answer

Task management core feature mein included hai, jisme tasks assign karna aur track karna dono aata hai. Completion status exactly kaise dikhta hai (photo proof, checklist, etc.) ye specify nahi hai, BearTech se demo mein dikhwa lena.

Question 19

Is this useful for a sales team that visits clients all day?

Accepted Answer

Yes — sales team monitoring is one of the main business needs this solution is built for. You can see rep locations in real time, confirm client visits happened, and manage their daily tasks.

Question 20

Hum repairs ke liye technicians bhejte hain — kya ye unhe track karne mein help karega?

Accepted Answer

Haan, service/technician dispatch tracking is software ka stated use case hai. Real-time location ke saath task assignment bhi milta hai, toh pata chalta hai kaunsa job pending hai aur kaunsa done.

Question 21

Can I track my delivery boys during their delivery rounds?

Accepted Answer

Delivery staff tracking is a listed use case for this software, using the app on their phone rather than any separate device. It gives you real-time location plus geofencing alerts around delivery zones.

Question 22

Hamare site supervisors multiple project sites ke beech move karte hain — kya ye relevant hai?

Accepted Answer

Ye un roles ke liye fit baithta hai jo ek jagah desk pe nahi baithte balki alag-alag locations ke beech move karte hain, kyunki ye phone-based real-time tracking hai geofencing ke saath per site. Site supervisor wala use case alag se naam nahi hai lekin same field-staff category mein aata hai.

Question 23

How is this different from BearTech's vehicle GPS tracking devices?

Accepted Answer

Vehicle GPS trackers (BT400–BT900 series) are hardware units fitted inside a vehicle to track the vehicle itself. Employee & Field-Force Tracking is app-based and tracks the person, through their phone, regardless of which vehicle they're in or whether they're on foot.

Question 24

Kya vehicle GPS tracking aur employee tracking dono saath mein use kar sakte hain?

Accepted Answer

Haan — BearTech ke kai customers jo GPS fleet tracking use karte hain wo employee/field-force tracking bhi lagate hain, aur ulta bhi hota hai, kyunki ek vehicle track karta hai aur doosra person. Dono alag products hain, alag billing ke saath.

Question 25

Will the app track my employees even after their work hours or on holidays?

Accepted Answer

The exact mechanism for limiting tracking to work hours only isn't detailed in our current records, so don't assume a specific setting exists. Confirm directly with BearTech how work-hour-only tracking is configured for your team.

Question 26

Mere employees track hone se uncomfortable hain — isse kaise handle karein?

Accepted Answer

Ye ek common concern hai field-tracking tools ke saath; employees ko clearly bata dena ki ye work-related purposes ke liye hai jaise attendance, task management aur safety, usually help karta hai. Exact privacy controls aur employee apna data kitna dekh sakta hai, ye rollout se pehle BearTech se confirm kar lena.

Question 27

Who has access to see the location and task data — only me, or also HR/team leads?

Accepted Answer

Manager-level access to the dashboard is expected as part of this kind of system, but the specific access-control setup (multiple manager logins, role-based permissions) isn't part of the confirmed feature list. Ask BearTech about setting up multiple access levels.

Question 28

Question 32

Manager ke roop mein, main roz actually kya dekhunga?

Accepted Answer

Manager usually real-time location map, attendance status aur us din ke tasks ka progress dekhega field staff ke liye. Exact dashboard layout aur report format confirm nahi hai — live walkthrough ke liye BearTech se pooch lena.

Question 33

Can I get an end-of-day summary of where staff went and what they did?

Accepted Answer

Question 34

Poore din tracking app chalane se employee ke phone ki battery jaldi khatam nahi hogi?

Accepted Answer

Ye ek fair concern hai kisi bhi always-on location app ke saath, lekin BearTech ne is app ke liye specific battery-usage figures nahi diye hain. Rollout se pehle unse directly battery impact ke baare mein pooch lena.

Question 35

How accurate is the location tracking when an employee is inside a building?

Accepted Answer

Question 41

Can this be used to check if security guards are actually patrolling assigned rounds?

Accepted Answer

Geofencing and real-time location together could help confirm whether a guard reached and covered assigned zones, since that's exactly what those features are meant for. The specific patrol-round reporting format isn't part of the confirmed feature list — check with BearTech.

Question 42

Kya school ise transport staff ya field-visiting teachers track karne ke liye use kar sakta hai?

Accepted Answer

Question 44

₹300/employee/month kharch karna worth hai ya supervisor manually check-in karwaye toh chalega?

Accepted Answer

Ye comparison depend karta hai aapki team size, field staff kitne spread out hain, aur manual follow-up mein abhi kitna time lagta hai — BearTech ne is baare mein koi specific ROI figure publish nahi kiya hai. Apni actual team size ke hisaab se cost-benefit discussion ke liye unse pooch sakte ho.

Question 51

What is field employee tracking software?

Accepted Answer

It is a mobile-app based system that shows the live location of your field staff (sales, service, delivery or inspection teams) on a map, along with their visit history, routes travelled and attendance — without needing any hardware fitted to a vehicle.

Question 52

How is employee tracking different from GPS vehicle tracking?

Accepted Answer

GPS vehicle tracking uses a hardware device fitted inside a vehicle to track the vehicle itself. Employee tracking runs entirely through a mobile app on the employee's own phone, so it also works for staff who travel by bike, on foot, or in a vehicle that isn't fitted with a tracker.

Question 53

Can I track my sales or delivery team's location in real time?

Accepted Answer

Yes — once the app is installed and the employee is checked in, you can see their live location, visit stops and route on the map from the same dashboard used for GPS vehicle tracking.

Question 54

How much does employee tracking software cost?

Accepted Answer

BearTech's Employee Tracking Plan is priced at ₹300 per employee per month.

Question 55

Yes — it works for any team that moves between locations during the day, including sales, service and support staff, delivery personnel, field executives, and inspection/survey teams.

Can I see where an employee visited or the route they travelled?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the dashboard keeps a visit log and route/travel history for each employee, so you can review where they went and the path they took.

Question 57

Do I need to install anything on the employee's vehicle?

Accepted Answer

No — employee tracking works through the mobile app on the employee's phone, so no hardware installation on a vehicle is required. If you also want to track the vehicle itself, that's a separate GPS device — see our GPS Tracking page.

Question 58

Is BearTech's employee tracking software available outside Bhopal?

Accepted Answer

BearTech is based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, but the employee tracking app and dashboard work anywhere your staff have a phone and mobile data — reach out to check specifics for your location.

Question 59

There are free employee tracking apps online — why should I pay for BearTech's?

Accepted Answer

A free tracking app has no one to call when it stops logging attendance correctly or a geofence needs adjusting — you're on your own. BearTech's ₹300-per-employee-per-month plan includes our support team setting up your geofences, attendance rules and task workflows correctly for your business, plus ongoing help from a Bhopal-based team when something needs fixing, instead of a generic app you have to configure and troubleshoot yourself.

Question 60

Is this the same as a staff tracking app or workforce tracking software?

Accepted Answer

Yes — field employee tracking, staff tracking and workforce tracking all describe the same kind of system: a mobile-app based tool that tracks your team's live location, attendance and task progress. BearTech's platform covers all of these under one ₹300-per-employee-per-month plan.

Question 61

Do you offer a free site survey?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we visit your site and assess your requirements before quoting, at no cost.

Question 62
