Agar Malwa became a separate district in 2013, carved out of Shajapur, so much of what needs protecting here is new: district offices in Agar with record rooms and computer labs, freshly built schools, and hospitals with medicine stores. Beyond the headquarters, the money sits in grain. Soybean, wheat and gram move through Susner, Nalkheda and Badod, and traders keep bags, scales and cash counters in godowns that stay locked from evening until the mandi opens again. Then there are the solar parks near Agar, where inverter rooms, cable stores and spare-panel yards lie kilometres from the nearest village. Each of these sites is empty at predictable hours. A wireless security alarm from AJAX or Dahua tells the owner on their phone when a door, shutter or boundary line is disturbed, so action can start before the loss grows.

AJAX · DAHUA · PRICES INCLUDE GST
Prices below are per piece, GST included, from BearTech price lists dated 12 October 2026. For Agar Malwa, the items people ask about most are 4G hubs for remote solar plots, outdoor detectors for open yards, and door detectors for godown shutters in Susner and Nalkheda.
CONTROL PANEL: ETHERNET + 4G (LTE) SIM
Model 124601 / 124602
IN AGAR MALWA
Solar park stores and pump houses near Agar rarely have broadband. The Ajax Hub (4G) at ₹20,624.57 sends alarms over an LTE SIM as well as Ethernet, which suits sites where only mobile data reaches, and it can carry up to 100 wireless devices on one panel.
TOP-END HUB: WI-FI + ETHERNET + 2 SIM
Model 24591 / 24592
HUB + DOOR DETECTOR + PIR + KEYFOB IN ONE BOX
Model ART-ARC3000H-03-FW2
HUB 2 KIT WITH VIDEO VERIFICATION AND VOICE-CALL ALARM
Model ART-ARC3800H-03-FW2
COMPACT OUTDOOR CURTAIN DETECTOR
Model 157785
RAIN AND SUN HOOD FOR THE OUTDOOR DETECTOR
Model 20309
OPENING + TILT + SHOCK DETECTOR
Model ARD324-W2(S)
IN AGAR MALWA
Rolling shutters and side doors of mandi godowns are the usual entry points. The Dahua Door Detector Plus (₹3,138.21) senses opening as well as tilt and shock, so an attempt to lever or hammer a shutter can raise the alarm before it is fully open.
PIR + MICROWAVE + ANTI-MASKING, IP66
Model ARD2251E-W2
IN AGAR MALWA
Open grain yards in Nalkheda and spare-panel stacks at solar sites need watching outdoors. The Dahua Wireless Outdoor Triple-Tech Detector (₹13,612.19) combines PIR, microwave and anti-masking in an IP66 body, which helps it cope with summer heat, dust and monsoon rain.
RANGE EXTENDER FOR THE WHOLE SYSTEM
Model 24593 / 24594
IN AGAR MALWA
Inverter rooms and cable stores on a large solar plot can sit far from the main control building. The Ajax ReX range extender (₹13,766.71) relays signals between hub and detectors, and its own battery backup of up to 35 hours keeps the link alive through long outages.
HEAT DETECTOR WITH 10-YEAR SEALED BATTERY
Model 53204 / 53203
OUTDOOR SIREN WITH LED FRAME
Model 24615 / 24618
WEATHERPROOF SIREN WITH STROBE

LOCAL USE CASES
A commission agent's godown near the Susner mandi holds bags of soybean and gram, a weighing scale and a cash drawer, and it stays shut from late evening to early morning. The risk is a forced shutter or a broken side door. A practical set: Dahua Starter Kit 1 (₹19,912.50) with its door detector on the main shutter, an extra Dahua Door Detector Plus (₹3,138.21) on the side door, the kit's PIR covering the aisle between stacks, and a Dahua Outdoor Siren (₹6,746.36) mounted high on the front wall where it is hard to reach.
An inverter room and cable store on a solar plot near Agar can be a long way from any staffed building, and copper cable is a common target. An Ajax Hub (4G) at ₹20,624.57 sends alerts over mobile data. Place an Ajax DoorProtect Plus (₹6,188.81) on the steel door to catch both opening and shock, an Ajax MotionProtect (₹6,896.10) inside, and an Ajax StreetSiren (₹13,766.71) outside. If the store sits beyond reliable radio range, an Ajax ReX (₹13,766.71) placed midway carries the signal.
Newer office buildings in Agar keep files, computers and printers in rooms that are locked after office hours and over holidays. A Dahua Wireless Alarm Hub (₹14,177.70) with Dahua door detectors (₹2,867.40 each) on the record room and computer lab doors, a Dahua PIR (₹3,496.64) in the corridor and a Dahua Touch Keypad (₹4,579.88) at the staff entrance gives a simple arm and disarm routine. Alarms go to the phones of the officers responsible through the DMSS app, so nobody depends on a single key holder.
A hospital medicine store holds stock that must be accounted for, and night staff are busy with patients rather than store rooms. Fit an Ajax Hub at ₹18,591.90 if Ethernet and a stable 2G signal are available, or the Ajax Hub (4G) otherwise. An Ajax DoorProtect (₹4,143.39) on the store door, an Ajax MotionProtect Curtain (₹8,259.71) across the window and an Ajax Button (₹3,434.51) at the dispensing counter as a panic button cover the main risks. The Ajax app shows who armed or disarmed the store and when.
Many traders in Nalkheda and Badod live above or behind the shop. A combined layout works well: the Dahua home set at ₹30,577.64 (Kit 1, one extra PIR, one extra door detector and an indoor siren) protects the shop shutter and back entry while the family is upstairs, and a Dahua Panic Button (₹1,927.53) by the bed sends an SOS alert to the other family members' phones. Arm the shop zone at night and keep the living area disarmed, so normal movement indoors does not set off the siren.
AJAX OR DAHUA
Most godowns in Susner, Nalkheda and Badod are single-room or two-room buildings where cost matters more than extras, and the Dahua Starter Kit 1 covers them with room to add detectors later. Dahua hubs also take two SIMs on 4G/3G/GPRS, which helps where one network is weak. Solar park sites are different: long distances, open ground and costly equipment make the Ajax radio range of up to 2,000 m in open space, the ReX extender and outdoor detectors with anti-masking worth the higher price. Where the owner wants a photo with each alarm, Ajax Hub 2 with MotionCam detectors or the Dahua Starter Kit 2 with its camera-linked Hub 2 are the routes. Sites that already have wired sensors or CCTV can look at the Dahua hybrid 8-zone panel at ₹11,947.50.
| Point | AJAX | Dahua |
|---|---|---|
| Radio range (open space) | Up to 2,000 m | Up to 1,200 m (Hub 2 kit 1,400 m) |
| Photo / video check | MotionCam photo detectors with the Hub 2 series | PIR-Cam; Hub links 4 IP cameras, Hub 2 kit 8 IP cameras |
| Fire and leak warning | Full FireProtect range, manual call points, leak and air-quality monitors | Smoke alarm with siren, water leak detector, wired smoke detector |

POWER · NETWORK · RANGE
Agar Malwa sits on the Malwa plateau, with hot, dusty summers and a monsoon that can bring heavy rain to open yards. Outdoor detectors in the range work from −25 °C to +60 °C and are rated IP55/IP56 (Ajax) or IP66 (Dahua) by the manufacturer, but they still benefit from shade against direct afternoon sun. Power cuts in villages around Kanad and Soyat Kalan can run long, so the hub battery (about 15 hours for the Ajax Hub, about 12 hours for Dahua) matters. On solar plots, walls and metal structures shorten radio range, so the technician tests signal strength at each detector before fixing it. Mobile coverage varies from one corner of the district to another, so test SIMs on site first.
All 16 technical points are on the security alarm hub.
ALARM + CCTV
Cameras record and alarms react. Pairing the two in Agar Malwa means the siren sounds and the phone rings at the moment of entry, and the camera footage or the MotionCam photo shows who it was.

TIE-UP TECHNICIAN · QUOTE AFTER SITE VISIT
Installation in Agar Malwa is done by a tie-up technician arranged by BearTech. The equipment is dispatched from Bhopal, the technician mounts and pairs the devices on site, and BearTech's team helps with app setup and training over phone or video where needed.
Installers in Agar Malwa should expect two very different jobs. Mandi godowns in Susner and Badod usually have steel shutters, tin roofs and stacked bags that block a PIR's view, so detectors go high and shutter contacts are placed where the shutter first lifts. Solar park stores need a walk across the plot to measure distances, check where the 4G signal is strongest and decide whether a ReX or Dahua repeater is required. In Agar's newer office buildings, check whether false ceilings or glass partitions change the detector layout.
Installation is not included in the product prices. BearTech gives the installation quotation after a site visit or a technical discussion on the phone. The SIM card and data plan are provided by the customer.
WARRANTY · SERVICE · AMC
Ajax and Dahua devices supplied by BearTech carry a 2-year warranty as per manufacturer terms. Batteries are not covered, and for Dahua there is no cover for damage caused by power fluctuation. If a detector or hub develops a fault in Agar Malwa, call 97526 44035; many issues are sorted remotely through the app, and otherwise the faulty unit goes through the manufacturer's warranty process.
BearTech also offers AMC for alarm systems, useful for godowns and solar sites where batteries, siren tests and detector alignment need regular checks. No AMC price or terms are published; call 97526 44035 to discuss AMC for your site in Agar Malwa.

COMMON QUESTIONS
It depends on the number of entry points and how much open area you want covered. The Dahua Starter Kit 1 is ₹19,912.50 for a small godown, the Dahua home set is ₹30,577.64, and the Ajax home set is ₹51,001.49. Prices are per piece or per listed set, GST included; installation extra, quoted after site visit or a phone survey.
A tie-up technician arranged by BearTech installs it. BearTech dispatches the equipment from Bhopal, shares the device layout with the technician, and can complete app setup and user training remotely by phone or video call if you prefer.
Yes, within limits. The hub runs on its built-in battery, up to about 15 hours for the Ajax Hub and about 12 hours for Dahua hubs, and sends alerts over the SIM if broadband is down. For long outages, plan regular battery checks, and choose a 4G-capable hub where 2G coverage is poor.
Most godowns there do well with the Dahua Starter Kit 1, a Door Detector Plus on the shutter and an outdoor siren on the front wall. If the godown also holds costly equipment or the owner wants a photo with each alarm, an Ajax Hub 2 with a MotionCam detector is the upgrade path.
Alarms come as push notifications in the Ajax app or the Dahua DMSS app, and the hub can also send SMS or make a phone call, depending on the model. BearTech does not run a monitoring centre, so add every family member or partner who should receive alerts as a user in the app.
Yes, BearTech offers AMC for alarm systems. Terms are discussed for each site and no price is published. Call 97526 44035 and share what you have installed, how many sites you run, and how often you want battery and detector checks done.
Yes. Outdoor detectors such as the Dahua Outdoor Triple-Tech Detector (₹13,612.19) or the Ajax DualCurtain Outdoor (₹24,098.90) watch boundary walls and open ground, and an Ajax StreetSiren (₹13,766.71) gives a loud outdoor warning. Placement is decided after checking distances, sun exposure and where people or animals normally move.
Haan, milta hai. Dahua Panic Button ₹1,927.53 ka hai aur Ajax Button ₹3,434.51 ka. Counter ke neeche lagaiye, dabate hi alert sabhi registered mobile par chala jaata hai. Ye alarm system ka hissa hai, koi bahar ka control room iska jawab nahi deta; alert aapke parivaar ya staff ke phone par jaata hai.
SIM aur data plan customer ka hota hai. Dahua hub 4G/3G/GPRS dual SIM support karta hai, Ajax Hub (4G) LTE par chalta hai, lekin simple Ajax Hub aur Hub 2 backup ke liye 2G use karte hain. Isliye pehle godown ke andar check kar lijiye ki kaunsa network achha aata hai, phir hub choose kijiye.
Haan. Dahua Starter Kit 2 (₹25,169.40) ka Hub 2 aath IP cameras tak link kar sakta hai, aur Dahua Hybrid 8-zone panel (₹11,947.50) CCTV integration ke saath aata hai. Ajax mein Hub 2 ke saath MotionCam (₹15,839.20) alarm ke time photo bhejta hai. Agar Malwa mein site dekh kar sahi option batate hain.
