GPS Tracking — Terms & Conditions

• 1-year device guarantee with 100% replacement for manufacturing defects; BT 600 carries 2 years, BT 400 carries 1 year. Warranty excludes physical/water damage, burnt devices, short circuit, mishandling, unauthorized opening/repair or improper installation.
• All GPS devices are non-waterproof by design; BearTech does not guarantee protection against water damage.
• The GPS device is a monitoring aid only, not a theft-prevention guarantee — BearTech is not liable for theft, loss, or misuse of tracking data.
• BearTech does not actively monitor or have default access to customer tracking data; access is granted only if the customer voluntarily shares login or requests assistance.
• AMC (1 year) covers installation support, service visits and basic troubleshooting within Bhopal only. Outside Bhopal, BearTech provides lifetime free remote support (call, guidance, installer coordination); on-site visits and local technician costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Zero-document policy for activation — no Aadhar, PAN, bank details or vehicle RC required; SIMs are pre-activated M2M IoT SIMs.
• Once a device is delivered, installed or activated, the transaction is final — no return, refund, exchange or model replacement.
• Subscription (software + SIM) must be paid in advance; late renewal may lead to automatic SIM deactivation and require a new SIM/reactivation charges.
• All prices are exclusive of GST; an additional 18% GST applies as per Government of India regulations.
• Governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

CCTV Surveillance — Terms & Conditions

• Warranty period commences from the date of delivery, not installation or usage date. Standard warranty: 1 year, unless otherwise specified by the OEM.
• All hardware carries warranty strictly per the OEM's (camera/NVR/DVR manufacturer's) own policy — BearTech acts as a service facilitator, not the manufacturer.
• Accessories (cables, connectors, SMPS, adapters) carry a 6-month warranty only. Warranty is carry-in / back-to-base unless otherwise agreed.
• Warranty excludes physical damage, water/fire/dust damage, voltage surge or improper earthing, unauthorized repair/tampering, and damage from rodents/insects.
• BearTech does not guarantee continuous or error-free recording, and is not liable for missing, corrupted or unavailable footage, or for data loss/HDD failure/hacking — data security is the customer's responsibility.
• Scope of supply is limited to CCTV equipment, standard installation/configuration and basic demonstration; network setup, electrical infrastructure, civil work and third-party integrations are chargeable extras.
• Maximum liability, where applicable, is limited strictly to the value of the supplied hardware.
• Governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Biometric Attendance & Access Control — Terms

• 1-year warranty on the biometric device, excluding charger and cable.
• Delivery guaranteed within 3 working days of order/payment; 100% advance payment is required.
• Remote software support is addressed on working days; on-site visits are dispatched within 24 hours of a genuine request.
• First year includes free service and support. After that, AMC options are Comprehensive AMC (18% of hardware value + 18% GST) or Non-Comprehensive AMC (25% of hardware value + 18% GST); a per-visit AMC is also available.
• No substitute/loaner device is provided during repair — customers may purchase a backup unit if continuity is required.
• Device failure is handled via on-site removal by BearTech, repair through the manufacturer (approx. 15 days), then reinstallation — see the RMA process below.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days from generation. Software cannot be customized on request.

Boom Barrier & RFID — Terms

• 1-year OEM warranty on the Boom Barrier, RFID Antenna and RFID Controller, excluding cable.
• Delivery within 7 working days of payment/order, including 2 days of in-house testing; a customised installation kit is provided.
• The boom barrier is water-resistant but not waterproof — complete submersion damage is not covered under warranty.
• Concrete work, underground cabling/casing pipe, and the RFID antenna pole are the customer's responsibility; BearTech provides guidance and the metal base.
• 100% advance payment is required. First year includes complimentary service and support; thereafter AMC is 18% of hardware value + 18% GST, or ₹500 per site visit plus spare parts.
• RFID tag allocation to vehicles is the customer's responsibility — BearTech provides training and can assist with bulk upload from an existing tag database.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days from generation.

Repair & RMA Process

1. 1Machine is collected from the client, or received by courier at the BearTech Bhopal office for outstation clients.
2. 2Checked in-house first; repaired directly if possible, otherwise an RMA case is opened with the manufacturer.
3. 3Client is informed of the estimated turnaround (around 15 days) and the case is logged in BearTech's support system.
4. 4Device is securely packed (accessories such as power adapters are not sent) and dispatched by courier.
5. 5Any repair cost is quoted and shared with the client — repair proceeds only after advance payment is received.
6. 6After repair and testing at the Bhopal office, the device is reinstalled (local clients) or couriered back with accessories (outstation clients), and the case is closed with a confirmation message.
