Return Policy
How returns and refunds work for products bought from BearTech, Bhopal.

Short summary (Hinglish)
Delivery ke 7 din ke andar return request karein. Partial return ho sakta hai, yaani order ka kuch hissa wapas karke baaki rakh sakte hain. Genuine return accept hone par returned items ka payment lagbhag 15 din mein wapas kiya jayega.
Returns
- Please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. BearTech checks every request and accepts genuine returns.
- Partial returns are allowed. If your order has more than one item or unit, you can return part of it and keep the rest. Only the returned items are refunded.
Refund
- When a genuine return is accepted, the payment for the returned items is refunded in about 15 days.
How to request a return
- Call or WhatsApp 97526 44035, or email beartech360@gmail.com, within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your invoice or quotation details, the item or items you want to return and the reason. BearTech will confirm the next steps with you.
