GPS Tracking
- 1-year device guarantee on all GPS devices (100% replacement for manufacturing defects); BT 600 carries 2 years, BT 400 carries 1 year.
- 1-year AMC (installation support, service visits, basic troubleshooting) applies within the Bhopal region.
- Outside Bhopal: lifetime free remote support (call, technical guidance, installer coordination); on-site visits are not included and any local technician cost is borne by the customer.
CCTV Surveillance
- Standard hardware warranty: 1 year from date of delivery, as per each OEM's (camera/NVR/DVR manufacturer's) own policy — BearTech acts as the service facilitator.
- Accessories (cables, connectors, SMPS, adapters): 6 months warranty.
- Warranty is carry-in / back-to-base unless otherwise agreed; preventive maintenance beyond warranty is chargeable unless an AMC is in place.
Biometric Attendance & Access Control
- 1-year warranty on the biometric device (excluding charger and cable).
- First year of service and support is free with the machine.
- After year 1, AMC options: Comprehensive AMC at 18% of hardware value + 18% GST, or Non-Comprehensive AMC at 25% of hardware value + 18% GST; a per-visit AMC model is also available.
Boom Barrier & RFID
- 1-year OEM warranty on the Boom Barrier, RFID Antenna and RFID Controller (excluding cable).
- First year includes complimentary service and support.
- After year 1, AMC options: Comprehensive AMC at 18% of hardware value + 18% GST, or ₹500 per site visit (cash, plus spare parts if required).

Glossary
- Geofencing
- A virtual boundary drawn on a map; a GPS tracker alerts you when the vehicle enters or exits it.
- OBD tracker
- A GPS device that plugs directly into a vehicle's OBD-II port instead of being hard-wired.
- NVR
- Network Video Recorder — records footage from IP (network) cameras.
- DVR
- Digital Video Recorder — records footage from analog/HD-CVI cameras over coaxial cable.
- AEBAS
- Aadhaar-Enabled Biometric Attendance System, used for government/institutional attendance compliance.
- AMC
- Annual Maintenance Contract — a paid plan covering service visits and support after the free warranty period ends.
