Begin with one vehicle. The package is ₹19,999 and contains the Teltonika FMB920 tracker, a fuel level sensor of your choice, fitting, Trakzee Premium software, an Airtel SIM and a year of warranty with AMC. The price does not move if you pick Omnicomm, Mercetech or Mielta Fantom. From year two, software and SIM renewal costs ₹3,000 per year, which keeps live location and fuel data flowing. Everything on this list is bought once per vehicle, apart from the yearly renewal described next.
Over three years the running total for a single vehicle is ₹19,999 after year one, ₹22,999 after year two and ₹25,999 after year three. Only the first year carries the hardware, so the recurring part is modest by comparison. It is worth knowing the renewal date for each vehicle, because data may stop if the service period lapses, and a stopped sensor gives you no record for the gap. Put the renewal date of every vehicle in one shared calendar. Missing it costs you the very records you bought the system for.
Now an illustrative fleet of eight, say five trucks, two campus buses and one rice-mill van. This is a worked sum, not a customer story. Eight packages in year one come to ₹1,59,992. The yearly renewal for eight is ₹24,000, so the total reaches ₹1,83,992 after year two and ₹2,07,992 after year three. Your own number depends on how many vehicles actually need a sensor. Treat these totals as a planning sketch; a few buses fewer or a few trucks more simply moves the figures in proportion.
Two further points affect the real quote. Because the work is done away from Bhopal, the client covers the executive's travel and stay, and we quote that amount before you order. If several vehicles are lined up at one location, a single visit can handle them. Outside Bhopal you can also ask to pay a token amount on delivery. For a fleet, message 97526 44035 and we will give the current price.
