Diesel in Bilaspur moves on coal hauls linked to SECL, cement loads from the Lafarge, Century and ACC works, grain from roughly 500 rice and dal mills, and shift buses to Sirgitti and Tifra. Most owners learn what a vehicle really drank only when the pump bill lands. BearTech's fuel sensor GPS tracker puts a probe inside the diesel tank and shows the level on your phone, beside the vehicle's position, so every refill and every sudden fall is on record the day it happens.

One package costs ₹19,999 per vehicle. It holds a Teltonika FMB920 tracker, one fuel level sensor, fitting, Trakzee Premium software, an Airtel SIM and a 1-year warranty with AMC. The three sensor makes, Omnicomm on a cable and Mercetech or Mielta Fantom over Bluetooth, are all one price. A BearTech executive comes from Bhopal to fit the system in Bilaspur, and the client bears travel and stay, quoted before you order. Ring or WhatsApp 97526 44035.

Matching depot and pump deliveries to what the Bilaspur tank received

A coal or cement operator in Bilaspur normally holds two numbers for every fill: what the depot or pump slip says was issued, and what the driver says went in. A fuel sensor adds a third, the rise in tank level recorded by Trakzee Premium while the vehicle stood still and the nozzle was in. When all three agree, nobody argues. When the slip says 300 litres and the tank shows a much smaller rise, you hold a dated entry with a place on the map, which is a far better starting point than suspicion.

Refill detection works by watching the reading climb. The platform stores the time, the vehicle's location and the size of the rise, so a fuel log builds itself and nobody has to keep a notebook. For trucks that fill at a company yard near the SECL-linked units, or at a pump along NH-130A towards Sipat, you can open the record later and see exactly which pump was used. That matters when different drivers favour different pumps and the owner wants to know which one hands over what the slip claims.

A few habits keep the comparison clean. Ask the driver to fill on level ground with the engine off, and to wait a minute before moving so the reading can settle. Keep pump slips in one folder for each month. When a refill entry looks small, check whether the vehicle was parked on a slope or whether a busy pump cut the fill short. Sloshing right after filling can blur the number for a few minutes, which is why the settled reading is the one to trust.

Be clear about what this record is. It is a monitoring record to discuss with your driver, your depot or your pump, and the terms say it is not a legal measure for sale, billing or disputes. It will not settle who is right in front of a court, but it will show quickly where a difference first appeared. For a mill owner paying per trip, or a transporter billing per load, that is usually enough to correct a habit before the month is over.

Twelve Bilaspur vehicles, three years: the full arithmetic

The price is easy to remember. Each vehicle costs ₹19,999, which covers the Teltonika FMB920 tracker, one fuel level sensor, the fitting work, Trakzee Premium, an Airtel SIM and a year of warranty with AMC, whichever of the three sensor makes you choose. From the second year, software and SIM renewal is ₹3,000 per vehicle per year. For a single vehicle that means ₹19,999 after year one, ₹22,999 after year two and ₹25,999 after year three.

Now picture a Bilaspur transport business running 12 diesel vehicles: eight trucks on coal and cement work, two mill vans and two staff buses. Year one is 12 × ₹19,999 = ₹2,39,988. Renewal for all twelve is 12 × ₹3,000 = ₹36,000 a year. The running total therefore reads ₹2,39,988 after year one, ₹2,75,988 after year two and ₹3,11,988 after year three. This is a planning illustration, not a quote, and the fleet mix is yours to choose.

Because the fitting happens outside Bhopal, the executive's travel and stay charges come on top, and the client pays them. They are not part of the package price, and BearTech confirms them before you order. One practical way to keep that charge sensible is to line up all twelve vehicles for the same visit at one yard. The kit reaches you in around 2 working days if stock allows, and the fitting date then depends on when your vehicles can stand together.

For a Bilaspur order, a token amount can be paid on COD, because that option exists outside Bhopal, so ask us how the payment steps would run. Nothing can be returned, refunded or exchanged, which is why the sensor choice should be settled first. Fleet pricing can shift with your requirements, so ring 97526 44035 for the latest figure. If the numbers do not suit the whole fleet, begin with the two or three vehicles whose diesel bills worry you most.

Why coal, cement and mill diesel needs a ledger of its own

Heavy trucks working for SECL-linked units spend long hours on the road, and diesel is usually the biggest running cost after the driver. The city is where SECL has its headquarters, and 64 smaller units are listed in its orbit, so many transport owners here lean on one steady stream of work. A truck that idles at a siding, queues at a gate or detours to a different pump burns diesel in ways that a daily phone call will never reveal. A level reading tied to location shows the gap, and shows it with a date. Those details are what an owner needs when sitting down with a driver.

Cement works and the sponge-iron units at Silpahari load trucks on tight schedules. When a loading queue stretches, engines may keep running while diesel keeps falling. Set the stoppage report beside the fuel record and you can see how much level went during one particular wait. That evidence lets you talk about turn-around time with the plant using numbers from your own vehicle, instead of arguing from memory about how long the queue really was.

About 500 rice and dal mills send grain out by road, and after the kharif harvest the mill vans make many short trips between mills, mandis and buyers. Short trips with frequent stops make mileage hard to judge by eye. Fuel and trip reports let you compare one vehicle with another on similar work, and a van that burns noticeably more diesel for a similar day deserves a look at its engine, its tyres or its driver.

Shift buses to Sirgitti, where about 324 industries operate, and to Tifra follow fixed routes, which is exactly where a fuel record says the most. Because the loop repeats daily, any rise in diesel use stands out from the normal pattern. Fuel monitoring does not replace a good mechanic or a careful driver. It hands the owner a number to ask questions with, and in diesel-heavy work around Bilaspur that number is where the value lies.

Getting a probe into a Bilaspur tank: the fitting visit from Bhopal

Bilaspur is not Bhopal, so fitting works differently from the Bhopal package. A BearTech executive travels to your location to install the system. The client pays travel and stay charges, and we confirm them before you order. The visit comes from Bhopal, where BearTech has worked since 2014. The kit is delivered in about 2 working days, after which we agree a date and a yard where the vehicles can be parked together.

On the day, the executive checks each tank for type, fuel, depth and condition. An opening is made on the upper side of the tank, the probe is trimmed to that tank's depth, and the sensor head is bolted down and sealed. The Teltonika FMB920 takes its power from the vehicle, whether the electrical system is 12 V or 24 V, and meets the sensor through a cable for Omnicomm or over Bluetooth for Mercetech and Mielta.

Calibration is the step that turns raw readings into litres. Diesel is added in known quantities while the platform records the response, so that the figure on your phone matches the real quantity in that tank. Do it with the vehicle level and the tank filled or drained as the executive asks. A tank calibrated while parked on a slope will read badly later. If the tank is repaired or replaced afterwards, calibration is repeated, and that visit is chargeable.

Prepare before the executive arrives. Bring every vehicle to one place, keep each tank reasonably clean and reachable, and have registration numbers and tank sizes written down. Avoid a day when a truck is meant to be on a haul, since the work needs the vehicle at the site. For buses, pick a gap in the shift timetable. Ask the driver to stay for the handover check, where live level and alerts are shown on the app.

A sudden fall on the Sipat road: reading the alert before reacting

An alert tells you the level fell faster than normal driving could explain. It does not tell you why. On a haul towards Sipat or Korba the cause may be a leak at a fitting, a driver moving diesel to another vehicle, a reading disturbed by a long gradient, or an actual theft. What you receive is a time and a place. The investigation is still yours to carry out.

Start with the basics. Look at where the vehicle stood when the level fell: a siding, a gate, a quiet roadside or its own yard. Check whether a refill entry followed soon after, which can mean the reading was still settling. Phone the driver, then look at the tank and fittings for wet patches. Compare the day with the earlier days on the same route before deciding that anything is wrong.

Please read this plainly: the system reports and alerts, nothing more. It does not lock the tank, it does not block a siphon hose, and it cannot physically stop anyone taking diesel out. BearTech's terms are blunt on this: theft is not stopped by the system, and BearTech carries no liability for diesel that goes missing. What it does is shorten the gap between a loss and your finding out, and it gives you a dated record to use with the driver, the yard supervisor or the contractor.

An owner who expects a lock will be disappointed, while an owner who wants evidence will find it useful. A locking cap or similar hardware is not part of this package, so ask us what else can be done if you need physical protection. For trucks that spend nights parked at sidings or by the roadside, the alert is the earliest warning you can get without being there. Telling drivers openly that diesel level is recorded is fair, and it often clears up honest confusion too.

Fuel sensor in Bilaspur

Four Bilaspur vehicles, four different fuel stories

Coal and cement trucks. Picture a truck that loads at a cement works, runs to a depot and returns. The record shows a refill at the yard, a steady fall along the route and a halt at the depot. If next morning's reading sits lower than the halt alone explains, you have a specific night and place to ask about. With a diesel tank that has room for the probe from above, these big trucks are the simplest case for a fuel sensor.

Rice and dal mill vehicles. A mill owner with several vans can set diesel used each day against trip distance for every van. Suppose one van makes the same mandi run as another but its level drops faster. The report tells you to check tyres, loading habits or the engine before blaming anyone. Vans with small or unusual tanks need a look first, so send tank details when you enquire.

Staff buses. A shift bus to Sirgitti or Tifra repeats one loop daily, so its fuel graph on a normal day looks almost like the day before. A longer idle spell at a gate with the level still falling, or a refill that does not fit the usual rhythm, is easy to spot and ask about. A contractor supplying buses to a factory can also use the record when the factory questions fuel claims.

Diesel tourist vehicles. Larger diesel taxis and passenger vans heading for Ratanpur, Achanakmar or Amarkantak work long hours on routes where mobile network can be weak, so data may arrive late or go missing for a while. The level record and the trip history still show how many kilometres each tour used. For ordinary cars, ask us first, because this package is built around vehicles with a tank the probe can enter.

Weekly fuel routine for Bilaspur dispatchers and drivers

Pick one day each week, such as Monday morning, and open the fuel report for every vehicle. Ten minutes per vehicle is plenty at first, and the pile shrinks quickly once you know which vehicles behave. Look at three things only: refills, sudden drops and litres used against distance. Write one line per vehicle in a shared sheet and mark only those that need a question. This keeps the habit light enough to survive a busy coal season.

For dispatchers, give every driver one simple rule: tell the dispatcher before fuelling, and send a photo of the pump slip on WhatsApp afterwards. The dispatcher then checks the entry in the app and ticks it off. A mismatch becomes a short call, not an argument weeks later. Sub-user logins in Trakzee Premium let a yard supervisor see fuel for their own vehicles while the owner watches the whole fleet.

Shape the routine around local duty patterns. Trucks on SECL-linked or cement loads often leave at night and return by morning, so check the overnight stretch. Mill vans are busiest after harvest, so review them twice a week in that season. Shift buses follow the factory timetable, so match the review to shift change. During the rains from June to September, expect lower mileage on slow or flooded roads, and compare vehicle with vehicle rather than with last month.

Keep the conversations fair. When a driver's numbers look odd, ask first and judge later, because a wrong calibration, a sloped parking spot or a tank repair can all move the reading. Write down the answer. After a month you will know which differences are real patterns and which are noise, and your weekly line becomes a history you can show a plant or a contractor. For help with app or reports, call support on 99937 84035 during working hours.

Fuel sensor in Bilaspur

From probe to phone for heavy haulers, mill vans and shift buses

The sensor is a slim probe that goes down into the diesel tank. As diesel rises or falls along it, an electrical reading changes, and that change is turned into a level you can read in litres. The probe is trimmed to the depth of your tank during fitting, so a deep truck tank and a shallow bus tank each get their own length, up to about 3 m for the Omnicomm and Mielta options.

The reading travels to the Teltonika FMB920, which also knows where the vehicle is. The Airtel SIM carries both facts to Trakzee Premium, so one record says where the vehicle stood and how much diesel it held. For a coal truck climbing towards Sipat or a mill van waiting at a gate, the pairing matters: a falling level at a moving point and a falling level at a standing point mean quite different things.

Bilaspur's vehicles carry tanks of many shapes: long rectangular ones on trucks, saddle tanks on buses, smaller ones on vans. The system relies on calibration to describe that shape, which is why fitting is followed by a calibration run on every tank. When a vehicle moves over a gradient the diesel inside tilts, so a steep road can blur the number for a while. Readings settle again once the vehicle is level and still.

On your side nothing needs joining up. BearTech supplies all four parts, fits them and creates your login, and you see the data in the mobile app on Android or iOS or on a computer. A supervisor can have a sub-user login of their own. The wired sensor is powered by the vehicle, while Mercetech and Mielta talk to the tracker over Bluetooth, so no signal cable runs between them.

What to message before Bilaspur gets a quote

A good WhatsApp message to 97526 44035 saves two rounds of questions. Start with the vehicle type: truck, tipper, bus, mill van, diesel taxi or machine. Then add how many vehicles you have, their registration numbers if you can, and the yard or area of Bilaspur where the fitting should happen. If the vehicles belong to a contractor working for a plant, mention the plant, since gate timings may decide which day suits the visit.

Next send the tank details. Mention the size in litres, whether the tank is metal or plastic, whether the opening on the upper side is easy to reach, and whether the vehicle has a second tank. A photo of the tank and its filler neck helps us judge probe length. Tell us the fuel is diesel. If a vehicle has two tanks, ask us and we will quote the second probe separately.

Share your sensor preference if you have one, or just write that you are not sure. Once we have seen the vehicle and tank details, we name the exact model and probe length. Mention whether you want cash on delivery with a token amount, which is available outside Bhopal. Also say how many vehicles can be gathered in one place on one day, since that helps us plan a single visit.

After that we reply with the confirmed sensor, probe length, fitting location and final price, including travel and stay charges for Bilaspur. The kit arrives in roughly 2 working days when stock allows. An executive travels from Bhopal, fits and calibrates the sensor and shows you the live level on the app, and you pay 100% at installation, or follow the COD route with a token amount. Keep the terms handy, especially the no-return, no-refund clause.

Fuel sensor in Bilaspur

Where the readings can mislead on Bilaspur hauls

The package reads to about 95% accuracy in normal conditions, provided the fitting and calibration were done properly. Treat that as a good working figure for monitoring, but it is not exact to the litre every minute. What shape the tank has, how worn it is, how clean the diesel is, how steep the road is and how the vehicle shakes along it all play a part. A truck on a rough road with a half-empty tank will show a more restless reading than the same truck parked and still.

Tank condition counts for a lot. Water, dirt or sludge mixed into the diesel, a rusted or dented tank, unusual parts inside the tank, or a repair done after fitting can all disturb the reading. If any of these changes after fitting, a new calibration or refit is a chargeable job. A tank that was filled or emptied carelessly at calibration time will also carry that error into every report afterwards, so help the executive do that step carefully.

Your data rides on Airtel coverage, a healthy vehicle battery and the tracking platform itself. On remote stretches, such as the longer tourist routes beyond the city, a gap in data is possible and is not BearTech's liability. Wireless sensors, Mercetech and Mielta, run on an internal battery that wears out with use, so it sits outside warranty, and the tracker's small backup battery is treated the same way. The 1-year warranty and AMC cover the device and the sensor otherwise.

Once ordered, nothing can be returned, refunded or exchanged, so settle the model before you commit. The readings exist for monitoring. They are not a legally valid measurement of fuel in sales, billing, excise matters or disputes. Service visits after installation are chargeable, and outside Bhopal travel and stay are paid by the client. We would rather you know all of this now, while the choice is still yours, than be surprised on the day of the fitting or months afterwards.

Fuel sensor in Bilaspur

Wire or Bluetooth: picking a sensor for Bilaspur tanks

Omnicomm LLS-AF 4 is the wired option. A cable runs from the probe to the tracker's analog input, and the vehicle itself supplies the power, so you never have to worry about a sensor battery. It has an IP69K sealed body, works from −40 to +80 °C and takes probes up to about 3 m. For heavy coal and cement trucks that work long hours and have deep tanks, this is a natural first choice.

Mercetech talks to the tracker over Bluetooth, so nobody has to route a signal cable out of the tank. The probe is still fitted from above and calibrated by BearTech. It suits mill vans and mid-sized trucks where cable routing is the awkward part of the job, such as a van with a tightly packed chassis. Its sealing rating is not listed on our page, so ask us if the vehicle works in very wet conditions or through the monsoon.

Mielta Fantom is also Bluetooth, version 5.0, with its own internal battery and an IP67 sealed body. It carries built-in temperature and tilt sensing and a steel flange fixed with four bolts, which suits metal and plastic tanks alike. Staff buses to Sirgitti and Tifra, and diesel passenger vans on the Achanakmar side, are the kind of vehicle where a cable-free probe is welcome, since nobody has to route wiring along a long body.

All three cost the same, ₹19,999 per vehicle, with the same Teltonika FMB920 tracker. So choose on the practical points: whether a cable is easy to route, whether you accept a sensor battery that will one day need replacing, and what the tank is made of. The final model and probe length are fixed by BearTech once your vehicle and tank have been checked, and an equivalent make may be supplied if the listed one is out of stock.

Fuel monitoring system for trucks, tractors, JCB and generators in Bilaspur

Transport owners and contractors in Bilaspur use the same package on different diesel vehicles. A fuel tracking system on a truck shows diesel per trip, on a tractor or a JCB it shows diesel per working hour, and on a generator or a bus it shows diesel against running time or route. A diesel level sensor in Bilaspur is fitted by BearTech after the tank type and depth are checked.

If you compare a fuel sensor price in Bilaspur, compare the whole package: tracker, sensor, software, SIM and fitting. Fuel sensor installation in Bilaspur is done by a BearTech executive; travel and stay charges are paid by the client, and COD with a token amount is available.

Frequently asked questions

Fuel sensor in Bilaspur: questions answered

What does a fuel monitoring system cost in Bilaspur?

The package is ₹19,999 per vehicle, the same for Omnicomm, Mercetech and Mielta Fantom. It includes the Teltonika FMB920 tracker, one fuel sensor, fitting, Trakzee Premium software, an Airtel SIM and a 1-year warranty with AMC. Renewal is ₹3,000 a year from year two. In Bilaspur, the executive's travel and stay charges are extra and paid by the client, confirmed before you order.

Who will fit the sensor in Bilaspur, and from where?

A BearTech executive travels from Bhopal to your location in Bilaspur and does the fitting and tank calibration. BearTech does not run a local office in the city. The client pays for travel and stay, and we state the amount before you place the order, so the fitting day brings no surprises.

Can you fit all my trucks in one visit?

Yes, that is the sensible way to plan it. Bring all the vehicles to one yard on one day, and the executive can work through them in a single trip. That keeps travel and stay charges down. Tell us how many vehicles you have when you message 97526 44035, and we will confirm the schedule and the final price.

Is cash on delivery possible for Bilaspur?

Bilaspur falls outside Bhopal, so a token-amount COD is possible for this package. Within Bhopal the whole payment is taken when installation is done. Ask us how the token and the remaining payment would work for your order, because we confirm the final price, sensor model and payment steps before you pay anything.

Will it work on a coal or cement truck with a big tank?

It suits diesel tanks that a probe can enter from above. Probe length goes up to about 3 m and is trimmed to your tank's depth when the sensor is fitted. Send the tank size and a photo of the filler area. If the truck has two tanks, the second probe is quoted separately. We confirm the model after checking your tank.

If a truck parked at a siding loses diesel, will the system stop it?

No. The system logs the level and raises an alert when it drops suddenly, with the time and the place. It does not lock the tank or block a siphon hose, and BearTech's terms say it does not stop fuel theft. It gives you earlier knowledge and a dated record to use with the driver or yard supervisor.

How accurate is the reading on Bilaspur roads?

Expect about 95% accuracy under normal conditions, once fitting and calibration are done properly. The shape of the tank, its wear, fuel quality, road gradient and vehicle shaking all influence it. A truck moving over a steep road or a rough patch may show a restless reading, while a parked, level vehicle gives the steadiest figure. Use it for monitoring, not for billing.

Which sensor suits cement trucks that run long hours?

Many owners of heavy trucks prefer Omnicomm LLS-AF 4, the wired sensor, because power comes from the vehicle and there is no sensor battery. It has an IP69K body and works from −40 to +80 °C. Mercetech and Mielta Fantom are Bluetooth options if a cable is hard to route. All cost ₹19,999.

Does weak mobile network on tourist routes affect the data?

It can. The system depends on the Airtel network, so in weak-signal stretches on routes towards Achanakmar or Amarkantak, data may arrive late or be missing, and that is not BearTech's liability. Once the vehicle returns to coverage, the platform shows the level and location again. Keep this in mind when you review long-trip reports.

Can my transport manager have a separate login?

Yes. Trakzee Premium lets you create sub-users who each sign in separately, on the phone app or the web. You might give the yard supervisor access to the buses only and keep full fleet access for yourself. Ask us to set up the sub-users at handover so everyone starts using the dashboard from the first day.

What do I pay for three years on a single vehicle?

The first year costs ₹19,999. Year two adds a ₹3,000 renewal for Trakzee Premium and the Airtel SIM, giving ₹22,999, and year three adds another ₹3,000 for a total of ₹25,999 per vehicle. For twelve vehicles the figures are ₹2,39,988, ₹2,75,988 and ₹3,11,988, before travel and stay for the fitting.

Can I check a driver's pump slip against the tank?

Yes, within the limits of the system. Refill detection logs the moment diesel went in and how far the level climbed, with time and place. Compare that with the slip. A difference is a reason to ask a question, not final proof, since readings are for monitoring only and not a legal measure of fuel.

How soon will the kit reach Bilaspur?

Expect the kit in roughly 2 working days, stock permitting. The fitting date depends on when the executive can travel from Bhopal and when your vehicles are gathered at one place. Send the vehicle details and preferred yard early, and we will confirm the dates together with the sensor model and the probe length.

Can I use it on a diesel taxi or private car?

The package is aimed at vehicles whose tank accepts a probe from above, such as trucks, buses, vans and machines. For a plain car or bike, an ordinary GPS tracker usually does the job, and a fuel reading in a car varies with the model. Call 97526 44035 and tell us the vehicle, and we will say honestly what fits.

What does the warranty cover on a wireless sensor?

Both the tracker and the sensor come with one year of warranty, along with BearTech AMC. The internal battery of a wireless sensor, Mercetech or Mielta, is a consumable and is not covered, and neither is the tracker's backup battery. Damage from tampering, water or overvoltage is also outside warranty, as set out in the terms.

What if I change my mind after ordering?

Returns, refunds and exchanges are not available at any stage, so decide the sensor type before ordering. We help with that decision on call or WhatsApp at 97526 44035. Because the probe is fitted into your tank and calibrated for it, a changed mind later would mean a new fitting, which is chargeable.

What does fuel monitoring cost in Bilaspur?

The package is ₹19,999 per vehicle (GST extra) for one year, with the Teltonika FMB920 GPS tracker, one fuel level sensor, Trakzee Premium software and an Airtel SIM. Two-year and three-year plans are ₹22,999 and ₹25,999. Renewal is ₹3,000 per year.

Which vehicles in Bilaspur can have a fuel sensor?

Diesel vehicles: trucks, tippers, tractors, JCB and construction machines, buses, tankers, trailers, mixers, pickups, ambulances and generators. Tank type and depth are checked at the survey. See the fuel sensor by vehicle page for each type.

Where can I get a fuel sensor with GPS near me in Bilaspur, and is there a price list?

BearTech is a fuel sensor dealer in Bhopal and supplies a fuel sensor with GPS to Bilaspur. Ask for the price list and a quotation on 97526 44035; the fuel sensor cost, delivery and how installation is arranged for Bilaspur are confirmed on the call. You get fuel theft detection alerts and a fuel drain report (fuel chori ka alert). The system alerts and reports; it does not stop theft. Tank capacity and depth are noted at the survey.
