The package costs ₹19,999 for each vehicle, and it already bundles everything needed to start: the Teltonika FMB920 unit, a single level sensor, fitting and tank calibration, the Trakzee Premium app and web platform, an Airtel SIM, and a 1-year warranty with AMC on the tracker and the sensor. The price does not change whether you pick the wired Omnicomm LLS-AF 4 or either Bluetooth sensor, so the choice can rest on the tank, not on money.
From the second year, service continues for ₹3,000 per vehicle per year, which pays for the Trakzee Premium platform and the Airtel SIM. Over three years one vehicle therefore costs ₹19,999 in year one, ₹22,999 after the first renewal and ₹25,999 after the second. These are totals per vehicle, so you can multiply by the number of vehicles you plan to fit and see the figure before any call. Written down once, these three figures make a budget that stays the same for every vehicle you add later.
Take a Raisen owner with five diesel vehicles: two mini-trucks, a pickup, a cab and a staff bus. Year one is 5 × ₹19,999, which is ₹99,995. The first renewal adds 5 × ₹3,000, which is ₹15,000, taking the running total to ₹1,14,995. The second renewal adds another ₹15,000 and the three-year total reaches ₹1,29,995, or ₹25,999 for each vehicle. Keep that sum with your accounts papers, so each year's renewal is expected well before the service period ends.
Two things sit outside the arithmetic. Since Raisen lies outside Bhopal, a BearTech executive travels to fit the sensors and the client pays for the executive's travel and stay, so mention how many vehicles can be done on one visit. A vehicle with two tanks, or two sensors, is priced separately, and for a larger fleet the price may vary, so call 97526 44035 for the latest figure. Fitting several vehicles in a single visit is the easiest way to share that cost across the fleet.
