Quick answer
Fire and smoke alarm integration adds smoke and heat detectors to the same wireless AJAX panel that runs your intrusion sensors, so one app shows both kinds of alert. BearTech plans detector positions after a site visit; the AJAX Hub control panel costs ₹18,591.90 including GST, and installation is quoted separately.

Fire risk and intrusion risk are usually handled as two separate systems, but for many small and mid-size premises there's no reason they can't share the same wireless alarm backbone. Fire and smoke detection sensors can sit on the same AJAX panel as door/window and motion sensors, triggering their own distinct alert (and siren pattern) when smoke or heat is detected.
BearTech configures this as part of an AJAX wireless alarm installation, adding smoke/heat detectors to whichever zones need them — kitchens, electrical rooms, storage areas — alongside the intrusion sensors already covering doors and windows.
This is a practical addition for shops, offices and homes that want basic fire detection without installing a completely separate fire-alarm system, particularly where the risk (a kitchen, an electrical panel room, flammable storage) is well-defined rather than requiring a full commercial fire-suppression system.
Listing your risk points room by room
Before the site visit, walk through your premises and note where a fire would most likely start or do the most damage. Typical points are the kitchen, the electrical panel or meter room, rooms with inverters and batteries, stores holding paper, cloth or chemicals, and server cupboards. Note which rooms are locked or empty at night, since a fire there could go unnoticed longest. Share this list with BearTech. During the visit, the team uses it to decide which detector type goes where, and the quotation then lists detectors by room so you can see the cost of each.
Combined panel: deciding who responds to which alert
With intrusion and fire detectors on one AJAX panel, both kinds of alert reach the same app, but the response is different. A break-in alert may call for checking cameras and calling the police; a smoke alert needs someone to reach the premises fast and call the fire brigade if needed. BearTech does not monitor alarms, so write a short response plan: who receives alerts, who lives or works nearest, and the emergency numbers to call. Keep the SIM or data connection supplied for the hub active, since alerts depend on it.
Getting a quote for a shop, home or office
Share three things to get a useful quotation: a rough floor plan or photos of each room, your list of risk points, and whether you already have an AJAX intrusion system. If you do, smoke and heat detectors can be planned to join the existing panel. If not, the AJAX Hub control panel at ₹18,591.90 including GST is the starting point, with detectors added per room. Installation is quoted after a site visit or a technical phone discussion, and AMC is available. Send the details on WhatsApp to 97526 44035 or email beartech360@gmail.com.
