   Warranty / Guarantee

   All hardware carries the warranty or guarantee shown for its model. The in-built GPS battery is not covered. Burnt devices are not covered under any circumstances.

   Replacement policy

   Devices that come with a guarantee are not repairable. They are replaced 100%, as per policy.

3. 3

   Liability

   BearTech is not responsible for the device, the vehicle or location data after physical damage, mishandling, theft, water damage, fire, accident or natural causes.

4. 4

   Delivery time

   Orders are delivered in 2 working days, subject to availability.

5. 5

   Installation

   Only the Complete Package includes free on-site installation; Device and Hardware Only prices leave it out. Where charges apply, see the AMC and service section.

   Returns and exchanges

   Returns, refunds and model exchanges are not allowed, whether after installation or at any other stage.

   Payment

   100% payment is mandatory at the time of installation, depending on location.

   COD policy

   COD is available for selected products with a token amount, valid only outside Bhopal.

   Vehicle wiring issue

   If a vehicle wiring issue comes up during installation, BearTech bears the repair cost. Any issue after installation is not BearTech’s responsibility.

    Memory card, SIM card, SIM recharge and Wi-Fi (for vehicle cameras) must be provided by the customer unless mentioned otherwise.

    Subscription renewal

    After the plan term, TB Track software and the SIM recharge need renewal. The 1, 2 and 3-year renewal rates are in the renewal table above.

    AMC

    A new device bought as a Complete Package gets its 1st-year AMC free, whatever the subscription term. Repair and replacement are part of Comprehensive AMC and not of Non-Comprehensive.

    Service availability

    Tracking depends on the network and other external factors, so a temporary interruption of service is not BearTech’s liability.

    Installation and service charges

    The listed installation and service visit charges are for Bhopal only, and travel charges follow the AMC and service section.
